Below you will find frequently asked questions and the corresponding answers. If your question is not there, just send us an email, WhatsApp or give us a call right away.

  • What format do we need for printing

    We need a vector file or a high contrast jpg like black and white.

  • How many colors can the print have?

    We always print in one color. You are welcome to choose one of the many colors and effect foils.

  • How long will it take until we have the capes?

    In the first step, we need a request from you via our contact form with as much information as possible about your offer. We will send you a valid offer within one day. If you like it, we usually need one week for individual productions and two working days for collection orders before it can be dispatched.

  • How long does a flex print last?

    We cannot say exactly how long a flex print will last, but experience has shown that our customers do not reorder because of the print, but because the cape has to be replaced as sloches. Usually this is every one to two years.

  • Which return conditions apply?

    Since we only deal with custom-made products, we are unfortunately unable to take them back. If you are still not satisfied, don't hesitate and contact us, we will find a solution together.

  • Are there any offers?

    Yes, if you order more than 10 cloaks, you will get one cloak for free.

  • Can you also print my logo on other textiles?

    Yes, in and of itself we can print on many different textiles. Just send us an inquiry using the contact form or give us a call.

  • How can I reorder capes?

    That depends on whether we are allowed to save your data and whether you would like a customer number with us.
